1. Schedule your days in detail. Unscheduled time is dangerous.
2. Try to sleep only at night.
3. Don't drink alcohol. It will make you feel worse.
4. Exercise a lot. It empties the mind. The endorphins pick you up.
5. Remember to eat even though you probably don't want to.
6. Make lists of things to do and try to do them. Don't give up.
7. Talk a lot, to yourself if necessary.
8. Don't look in the mirror.
That's all I can think of, for now.
