This is the roof and chimney of the house in PA that my brother is buying. It sits close to the banks of the Delaware River and has water rights, so that he could build a dock for a boat. It is an older house, bungalow-style with front and back porches. It needs some work, but it is in a great location and is sunny and has "good bones," as people say.
The heat has made me crazy and I did not swim today, which makes the neurotic me a bit guilty. I got lazy in the afternoon, slept, because I had been awake so much of last night because of allergies. I was productive, though, and also settled some things that weighed heavily on my mind (thanks B.).
