"Artists come into communities that are rundown and sleazy and bring a life and vibrancy to that community—they are an economic engine and they shouldn't be overlooked."
i would add that when artists come into communities that are new and/or renovated and very proper; they bring life and vibrancy there also
their economic value off the charts, but still second to the value they add toward improving the quality of life in general
