Tuna is so sweet. Yesterday I brushed him. He had a huge mat of hair near his butt. He can no longer groom himself so thoroughly because he is very arthritic. So I had to get the mat out, and he was really pissed with me. But once it was out, he seemed pleased with himself.
At his peak Tuna weighed about 26 pounds. Now he is shrinking some. I put him at about 21 pounds now. He has a benign but large growth on his neck, but other than that he is in pretty good shape for sixteen, according to the vet.
