I had sweetbreads which were served with little baby brussels sprouts (amazing!) and then braised suckling pig (berkshire) which was served on a bed of chestnut/chickpea puree with sautéed spinach and garlic (awesome) and a banana tarte-tatin with cardamom ice cream. And a bottle of some California Pinot Blanc that was amazing also. Yum.
